New Client Onboarding

In order to best serve you, as well as protect your privacy and security, we require a few things to get started.

Step 1: Identity Verification

In-Person Clients

We will ask for a current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID.

Online Clients

We will ask you to verify your identity through our vendor, Stripe. You can learn more about the process by clicking here.

Step 2: Client Questionnaire

We will ask you to complete an online form. The form will be longer the first time you fill it out, as we will ask general preference questions (do you generally prefer 2 queen beds or 1 king bed when booking hotels). These questions set a baseline when we are quoting travel for you.

We will also ask about your trip preferences - when/where etc. Please be open and honest. If you don't like a particular cruiseline or airline, let us know! We want your trip to be unforgettable for all the right reasons. We will never be offended if you tell us you don't like a vendor. It helps us tremendously to know the cold, hard, truth.

Step 3: Quote

Once we have all of the required information, we will work on your itinerary and provide a quote. We aim to have a preliminary quote for you within 1 business day. If your itinerary is complicated, requires multiple stops, or is for more than 4 travelers, we may require additional time, and will let you know when to expect our initial proposal.

Step 4: Revisions (if necessary)

If any changes are required, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments.

Step 5: Approval

Once you are happy with the itinerary, you will approve the proposal, make any optional selections (such as travel insurance or pre-paid gratuities), and enter your payment method.

Please note that entering your payment information is not completing the booking. Your payment information will be securely stored, and we will use your payment method to make any bookings. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us and/or the vendor.

Step 6: Deposit/Initial Payment

Once we have your payment information and authorization, we will make any initial deposit or payments you have authorized. We will provide you with confirmations as these payments are made.

Please note that airfare is typically paid in advance, while hotels, resorts, and cruises may have a payment schedule.

Step 7: Final Payment

On or before your final payment date, you will again authorize payment and enter your payment information. We will use this information to make your final payment. We recommend authorizing your final payment no later than 7 calendar days prior to your final payment date to ensure everything is paid on time.

Failing to authorize/make final payment may result in trip cancellation, cancellation fees, and forfeiture of deposits.

Step 8: Travel!

The day is finally here! Have an amazing time! If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Upon your return, we love hearing all about your adventure, and we love when you share photos with us!
